At The Key Safe Company, we want you to feel secure in your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all our home security solutions. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your unused product in its original packaging for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the key safe and all included mounting hardware in the original box to ensure the product is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our security experts inspect the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
